Hello,
I'm Abby Smith!
Medical Mentor/
Wellness Coach

My Story
Abby is a dedicated medical student currently studying at the Medical College of Georgia on track to earn her M.D. and M.B.A. in 2026. With an impressive background in both academic excellence and community service, Abby has become an inspiring figure and advocate for empowering young women. Her journey includes volunteering in medically underserved areas in Peru and Georgia, as well as working in cancer research at Harvard Medical School. With a deep passion for teen advocacy, Abby's commitment to making a positive impact on young lives was sparked through her involvement in Resilient Teens—an initiative dedicated to promoting resilience in teens facing adverse childhood events. In this role, Abby became certified in QPR, an emergency response to someone in crisis that can save lives. Beyond her medical pursuits, Abby enjoys running, playing tennis, attending live music events, trying new foods, and traveling.

As the Medical Mentor at CM/A+A, Abby makes significant contributions to the organization's mission. Her goal is to create a comfortable and open environment while promoting healthy coping strategies for stress and anxiety. She is enthusiastic about sharing health education and fostering connections within the medical community to empower the next generation of young women. Above all, Abby aims to be a reliable shoulder to lean on for those she mentors, advocating for and empowering young persons through CM/A+A.
